They went right up to it but left the base intact.
LOL...
Slightly off...
They destroyed the military base, storage facility under the base and left a large hole in the middle of the runway right next to the nuclear facility, but didn't touch the nuclear facility at all.
The biggest take aways about the entire incident are:
1. Iran launched over 350 flying objects (cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, drones, etc.) towards Israel but only 4 penetrated their defenses while 346 of them were downed by Israel's Iron Dome, Arrow, Lazer and other defense systems.
2. Israel launched less than one dozen precision missiles, none of them were detected or shot down by Iran and every one of them hit the targets they were aimed at with precision. There is not much mention about this in the news, but there were over 8 radar detection towers in various locations throughout Iran which were also taken out simultaneously with the airbase strike too. Each and every one of those radars were also totally destroyed too.
Iran learned the hard way not to mess with Israel. And Israel silently sits awaiting for their next move. I doubt another direct attack from Iran will occur, but I do expect to see increased attacks from Syria, Lebanon, West Bank and Yemen in the near future. And Israel will continue to respond to those attacks and take out the launch sites where the missiles were fired from.

Ok but they could have taken out the nuclear facility while they were there.

That's the point.
That is the statement that Israel wanted to send. They didn't destroy it, but they avidly showed how easily they could have done it and Iran would have been unable to prevent it. Which means, that it can be done in the future as well!
That forces Iran to get down off of their high horses and rethink about whether they want to directly attack Israel again or not. In fact, it might even help to deter them to some extent from using their proxies as well.

Israel is very smart. Nancy Pelosi is not. Today she demanded Netanyahu resign.

When a Jewish professor hands an olive branch to anti Israeli people... you see how unfriendly the anti Israeli's become. And you also see how they lie to manipulate the media in their favor. This woman claimed that the wife of the Jewish professor grabbed her hijab and pulled, and attacked her while fondling her breasts and then placing her in a headlock such that she couldn't even breath.
Watch what really went down for yourself... and then think the next time a so called Palestinian claims something like hundreds or thousands of women and children were killed!!! They are persistent and consistent liars!

The women were obnoxious and would not leave. The professors wife grabbed a microphone, not her body and did not touch the hijab, except maybe on the very edge as she tried to get the woman’s leave. Her hand was in her shoulder not her head. Even with video proof showing the woman is lying, she continues to lie hoping her supporters won’t watch the video.

Yep... a loyal Palestinian... and this just goes to show how aberrant and hogwashtic her overblown lies are.
Yes, I guess I did create a new word... hogwash with "tic" added to the end! (* CHUCKLE *)
And because he wouldn't give her free reign at his home, she now wants him fired for their gross attack that almost killed her!!!
